I know, your life is busy. However, I don't think I've met anyone who doesn't have things to do in with their lives? I have yet to meet anyone who doesn't claim to be busy. Dude, that's not a good reason for you to not meet women. You have to make yourself appear at places to meet the girls that you want to date if you want to do something to improve your dating life.
